Dr. Hubert Quiller
Hubert (Hue) Quiller DTL is the founding senior pastor of the Restoration Worship Center of Richmond Hill, GA. Being passionate about ministry and following the leadings of the Lord, he (April 2011) started a Bible Study in his home that included a small number of family and friends. As this ministry continues to manifest and serve the community, the Lord has provided a building of 8,000 sq/ft. The building has a prime location with property greater than 9 acres where he ministers weekly, carrying the message of salvation, justification, and sanctification. In addition, he currently serves as the Legal Redress Committee Chairperson of the Bryan County branch of the NAACP. He is an active member of the South Bryan County Ministerium Alliance (SBCMA).
He served the US Army passionately and unselfishly for over twenty years in positions of increasing responsibility, the most notable being First Sargent of HHC 4th Training Brigade, Fort Jackson, South Carolina. After retirement, he continued to serve the US Army as an Emergency Management Specialist and Operations Security Manager at Hunter Army Airfield near Savannah, GA. He completed his academic research and dissertation in servant/transformational leadership at Bakke Graduate University, Dallas, Texas, with a Doctorate in Transformational Leadership (DTL). Upon graduation, he vowed to teach and mentor young people interested in becoming leaders.
He is married to the former Johnnie Deloris Maddox of Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Together they have four sons, Alfonso, Nicholas, Joshua, and Justus.
